Ricky G should be an improvement over what Travis Fryman did at third the past two seasons.
Johnny Mac/Brandon Phillips at second will be an improvement over what Ricky G did at second this past season. Omar and Thome should have similar years to this past season.
Einar, can't do worse, will probably do better.
Matt Lawton, healthy next year instead of playing most of the season with a torn cuff, should improve. Karim Garcia for a full season could be a big improvement over what Broussard/Magruder and others did this past season.
Bradley/Coco Crisp in center...
Every position in our line-up should either maintain or improve. Plus, no starts by Burba and Nagy next year.
We went 30-30 over the last 60 games, with NO Bartolo, Nagy and Burba starting games, Fryman in the line-up and Omar in a massive slump.
This team should easily improve by at least 10 games, perhaps more.

By the way, I know we got off to the superfast start last year, but we returned to earth really fast also.

Good logic on the position players. I agree.
I guess the variables are
- there might be starts by Burba (or Mulholland)
- the yound starters could go either way
- Thome might not resign
- Ricky G might not play again
